STEM Games eSport Arena
The most popular video games nowadays have tens or even hundreds of millions of players. Among so many people, the need for competition naturally emerged resulting with the creation of esports.
Just a few years ago, the biggest esport competitions were LAN tournaments with a few hundred players, while today hundreds of thousands of people apply for online qualification tournaments. The esports are in incredible growth and STEM Games as a leader in new popular industries recognise that - we are among the first in the region to organize esports tournaments for students.
STEM Games eSport Arena is an ideal opportunity for entertainment and familiarising students with the growing international industry.
In the Arena, the competition will be held in 4 categories. Each of them represents a different type of game which is most popular on one of two different platforms - computer or console.
During the day, representatives of the faculties will face each other in the battle for the medals. In a few stages, the weaker ones will be eliminated and in the end only the best will remain.
In the evening, the eSport Arena is the place to challenge all the Games participants to friendly matches as part of an additional program.

LEAGUE OF LEGENDS
The competition is held in mixed competition.
Each higher education institution may apply up to one team.
Teams consist of 5 players.
Teams will be drawn into groups, followed by a cup system. If the number of teams who have applied is less than 8, a league system will be played.
Matches in the group will be played "best of 1" (best-of-1, bo1), and matches in the second part of the competition will be played "best of 3" (best-of-3, bo3) or "best of 1" (best -of-1, bo1), depending on the number of teams applied.
COUNTER-STRIKE 2
The competition is held in mixed competition.
Each higher education institution may apply up to one team.
Teams consist of 5 players.
