STEM Games is a competition for students of STEM institutions, but employees of those institutions are welcome to participate in the event as well. At STEM Games, we foster professionalism as well as the principle of equal rights for all participants, and believe that there are some among the academic staff supporting the Games that are willing to get involved more actively by helping us make the Games happen and bring them to a new level.

Who can participate in the event?

•      Employees of the institutions that participate in the competition itself (postgraduate students, employees, lecturers, professors, assistant professors) by representing their institution at the event
•      Employees of companies unrelated to any institution participating in the competition provided they participate as experts in some field and not, in any way, represent the companies that employ them
•      Members of associations whose field of influence relates to the event activities

Employees can participate in parts of the Games concerning problem-solving competition, sports competition or the organization of the event itself. They can contribute to the problem-solving competition by helping formulate the problem tasks or as members of the mentorial team or the jury. In the sports part, they can be judges, scorekeepers or in charge of a certain sport. As members of the organizing committee, they can join one of our teams, depending on how much time they are willing to dedicate.
