One of the biggest student competitions in Croatia once again brings together young talents from across the region. STEM Games is back, bigger, better, and more exciting than ever! From May 11th to 16th, 2025, at Katoro Resort, participants can expect a week full of knowledge, sports, and competitions - along with an unforgettable experience.
With over 2,000 participants and the support of around 200 volunteers, STEM Games is much more than just a competition. It’s an opportunity to connect with peers from various STEM fields, push personal boundaries, exchange ideas, compete in sports, and build lasting friendships. Students from more than 25 faculties are expected to participate, ensuring that the competition will be fiercer than ever! Whether you're coming for the competition, to gain new knowledge, or simply to enjoy the great atmosphere, one thing is certain - this will be an experience to remember!
Tennis – For the First Time at STEM Games!
This year, we are introducing a brand-new sport - tennis. For the first time, participants will have the chance to compete in this discipline across men’s, women’s, and mixed categories. By adding tennis, we are expanding the range of sports challenges and allowing even more students to showcase their skills. In addition to tennis, students will once again have the opportunity to compete in a variety of popular sports, including basketball, handball, volleyball, chess, cross-country, futsal, table tennis, and more.
Arenas of Knowledge – Challenges for the Mind and Teamwork
Beyond sports, students will also have the chance to demonstrate their intellectual and technical skills in four Arenas of Knowledge - Science Arena, Technology Arena, Engineering Arena, and Mathematics Arena. Each of these arenas presents innovative tasks that require creativity, analytical thinking, and, of course, teamwork.
E-Sports - A Virtual Arena for Gamers
STEM Games Is More Than Just a Competition
For those who prefer virtual challenges, e-sports tournaments will bring intense action in today’s most popular games. This year’s lineup includes League of Legends, CS, Rocket League, and FIFA.
This year’s event will also feature a diverse additional program, including workshops, panels, and lectures—as well as, of course, entertainment! Every evening, participants can enjoy performances by artists who will create an unforgettable atmosphere. While we won’t reveal the names just yet, we can assure You - fun is guaranteed!
