All contestants have arrived in Umag – heralding the opening of the 2024 STEM Games!
The time has finally come! The first day of this year's STEM Games was marked by the gathering of participants and organizers from all around, on the shining Istrian coast – in beautiful Umag, the host of the Games for two consecutive years. Surrounded by the scent of the sea and the sound of waves, everyone awaited the start of a week filled with competitions and – of course, relaxation and fun!
After settling into their rooms, the contestants familiarized themselves with the resort, and the sunny weather directed them towards the sparkling sea – there they relaxed on loungers, enjoyed the sun and good company, and had a few rounds of cards along the way. Excitement was in the air as participants prepared to give their all in the competitions we’d prepared for them.
The draws have already been done, and preparations for a new day, full of challenges and new opportunities, have already begun. Good company and a great atmosphere are the hallmarks of every Games, and these are no exception!
