We have exciting news for all true fans of the most anticipated event of the year. After two years of interesting events in Poreč, Games 2020 will be held a little souther, in a beautiful Istrian town, Rovinj, famous for fascinating beaches and a cuisine that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. To be exact, participants of Games 2020 will be hosted at Resort Villas Rubin, part of the Maistra Hospitality Group.

Participants will be accommodated in modern and newly renovated apartments, and after a day filled with competitions and various activities, will be able to recharge their batteries dining in a large restaurant with Istrian specialties right by the shore. Sport competitors will test their strengths on the sports courts and in the halls nearby. In addition to the classic ones, there are also courts for various additional programs: mini golf, bocce, badminton etc.

If these programs don’t fulfill your needs, the Resort is only 3 kilometers from the center of Rovinj, so those who are interested will easily get to the larger attractions of this beautiful city. What's also close to the Resort is the Problem Solving Arenas. STEM Arena competitors will compete at TDR (Tobacco Factory Rovinj), a well-known venue for many events such as the Weekend Media Festival and concerts by world-renowned musicians.

In addition to that, another novelty is a large outdoor pool, located right next to the beach with sea view! Also, if you are a fan of the sea, you will not stay unimpressed as there are many beaches, with pine and olive trees, just 50 meters from the Resort!
